Return Policy


Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reasons you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you may return it to us within our returns period for a full refund, store credit or exchange.  For defective or damaged items, please contact us by telephone or email (details below) to arrange a refund or exchange.

 Returns Period

 All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original order date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be complete, in perfect condition, unused and with all original tags, labels and packaging.

 Returns Process

 To return an item, please email customer service at to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and mail to us at the following address:

Please be sure to enter the RMA number of on the address label.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return delivery charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange.  Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your return to process a refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised items or clothing
  • Sales Items
